hard bed small shower screen

The room advertised a king-size bed, but it was actually a double bed! It felt quite hard. I had to put a spare duvet under the sheet, though it didn't really help. the shower's glass screen was too small, and the bathroom floor always got wet. The tv in the kitchen didn't work

a balanced stay

fast wifi beautiful bookcase stained chair difficult door

the kitchenette had everything i needed (including cutlery, plates, and even a dishwasher). the second room also had a beautiful bookcase with actual books to read. the wifi was also fast, around 300mbps, so that was really handy.

the door was difficult to open and close, a struggle with luggage. there was also a very stained chair in the room. i didn't want to sit on it. the floor was also stained. there weren't any extra pillows available, a shame.

convenient parking easy access clean room

I found parking very convenient and close to the entrance. The location was great as it allowed easy access to local attractions. My room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The bed was REALLY comfortable and ensured restful nights.

The Wi-Fi signal was slightly weaker at times in certain corners of the room.

brick wall confusing instructions

the ROOM I booked was supposed to have a garden view , but ALL I saw was a brick wall. also , the self-check-in process was a NIGHTMARE. the instructions were confusing , and I spent almost an hour trying to get into my room. I HAD TO CALL customer service , but no one answered.

clean room comfortable bed useful kitchenette unreliable closure main gate security compromise

The room was very clean. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was a very useful bonus and i loved access to the pretty garden too.

I have noticed that the main gate is not properly closed. It remains in an open state. The current method of automatic door closure is not very reliable, greatly compromising security.

garden access nice kettle tidy room street noise narrow stairs faulty remote

the garden access from my room was really nice. i enjoyed having a kettle in the room (i made several cups of tea!). the room felt very clean and tidy.

my room faced the front, and i noticed some noise from the street. the stairs were a little narrow, made carrying my luggage a bit tricky. the tv remote wasn't working properly, a bit annoying.

garden view touch screen clean shower

the room i booked had a garden view. access to the hotel was easy with the touch screen. the room decor seemed well planned. the bathroom had a clean shower, with good pressure.

the stair to my room was very narrow, it was not easy to carry a large suitcase.
